Welcome to Coyote Catering! 
 

Our mission is to provide you with exceptional quality, exceptional service and a creative cutting-edge culinary experience.  Our professional staff is available to assist in planning your special event Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service we kindly ask that events be booked at least seven (7) business days in advance.  We understand events arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All orders placed with fewer than (7) business days may be subject to a 15% fee. 

 

GUEST COUNTS

We kindly request a confirmed number of guests be specified 7 business days prior to the event.  This number is considered the guaranteed guest count.

 

EVENT STAFF

We will ensure your event is fully setup 15-30 minutes before guest arrival time, and we will return to pick up no later than 4 hours from event setup time unless an earlier pick up was requested in advance. Delivery times are windowed, depending on the size of the event, we do need time to set up. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery and set up at one specific time. If pick up is requested earlier, or later, on the day of the event, we will do our best to accommodate the time. We appreciate you patience when last minute requests are made. 

Staff is available to support your event if you prefer to have someone on-site at all times.  Event staffing is billed with a four-hour minimum, at $35.00 per hour/per person, each additional hour will be billed at the same hourly rate.  Please ask our team for more details.

 

CANCELLATION

Please note that all cancellations must be made five business days prior to the contracted event date at no charge or penalty.  If a cancellation is requested 2-4 business days prior to your event there will be a 25% service charge to accommodate service and product expenses.  Cancellations within 48 hours of our event will be billed fully regardless of products.  Changes and cancellations must be submitted by the requester or event contact, no exceptions.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE RESTRICTIONS

No food or beverages may be brought in or removed from the premises.  All food and beverages must be consumed in the area in which it is served and must be provided by the Yotie Eats Catering Team.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

A minimum food & beverage order of $100.00 is required for an delivery. Orders not meeting the minimum can still be delivered with a one time fee of $50.00. Off campus delivery charge of $75.00 will apply to orders under $250.00.

 

Taxes

A 8.75% sales tax will be charged on applicable items and services.

 

BAR CHARGES

A $265.00 minimum sale is required for all bar services and bartenders will be billed for a minimum of 4 hours at $35.00 per hour/per person.  All beverages must be provided by the Yotie Eats Catering team.  For special events outside beverages can be brought in with approval.

 

LINEN

Standard buffet linens are included for all delivered catering events. Pick up and drop off events do not include buffet linens.  Additional linens for guest tables and registration tables can be rented for $8.00 per linen.  Linen napkins can be rented for 2.00 each. We do not have round linen available to rent. Available colors are White, Blue and Black.

 

CHINA AND SILVERWARE SERVICE

Starting at $4.99 per person. Please call the catering manager for table set options.
